Lunatic Fringe Productions has as its main objective to nurture an environment in which independent films are recognized for their social benefit. Lunatic Fringe Productions works in conjunction with other production companies and individuals who share a love for creative film-making, and is always open to new ventures. Anne Welles, President of Lunatic Fringe Productions, is an award-winning actress from Los Angeles who has been acting for ten years, and studied for many years at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. She has many film and television credits, and has written several screenplays. Anne discovered her love of directing and producing in 2004 when she produced a film she wrote, and she has been shooting her own movies ever since. She plans to produce many more shorts and feature-length films through Lunatic Fringe Productions in the near future. Anne's upbringing overseas, her extensive travels, her experience as a mother to three boys, and her history in the field of psychology (she has an M.S. in Art Therapy from Eastern Virginia Medical School) make her a well-rounded individual with a unique and open-minded view of the world and of humanity.
